Do not wait!

Criminal/Immigration Consultation

If you are put in immigration proceedings, a knowledgeable attorney can make sure you have every opportunity to fight the charges and seek relief.

Mr. Rollin has rare inside experience, since he spent two years working as attorney advisor to more than fifteen immigration judges.

He has also used his knowledge of criminal/immigration issues to craft winning arguments why many criminal convictions do not trigger removal.

Removal (Deportation) Defense

Whether you are seeking to become a citizen, get your green card, or apply for a visa for you or your family to come to the United States, Mr. Rollin can help.

Family Immigration

If you fear that you would be persecuted in your home country on the basis of race, religion, nationality, political opinion or social group, you may wish to seek asylum in the United States.  There may also be other solutions available, such as Temporary Protected Status and relief under the Convention Against Torture.

This is a very complicated process, and there may be deadlines, so it is best not to wait.

We charge a fixed attorney fee for most cases. This provides the client with a known legal fee in his or her case. We have found that most clients prefer this fee structure to the alternative hourly attorney fee. A fixed fee allows the client to communicate with his or her attorney without worrying about increasing legal bills.
